Cancellation of the order and money-back guarantee
- Our customers may cancel their order without stating the reason at any time, but no later than two weeks after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel please notify us by telephone or e-mail.
- Any expenses incurred for returning unused goods in their original packaging will be borne by Classicdesignoutlet. No costs whatsoever will be charged to the purchaser.
- We will instruct our authorised forwarding agent to collect the goods. When the goods are collected the purchase price paid will be refunded.
- special offfers with price reduction and special orders (f.e.leather coulors) are excepted of cancellation and money-back garantuee
