1. Is the furniture made by Classicdesignoutlet true to the “originals”?
Yes, our pieces of furniture are reproductions of the so-called “originals”. Our products combine craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology and are on a par with the licensed products in terms of their proportions, quality and dimensions.
The only difference between our own furniture and licensed products is that the latter are stamped with the serial number and name of the designer. For this minor detail licensed production facilities have to pay substantial royalties to the heirs of the designers or to the holders of the copyright. These costs are eventually passed on in the asking price.
All offered brand items (f.e. Alessi, Kartell) are produced by themselves.

2. Why can Classicdesignoutlet offer such good prices?
We sell directly ex works and therefore do not use expensive marketing and distribution structures. We save money on sales representatives, showrooms and advertising material, such as catalogues, brochures, posters, etc., and invest in premium quality and service, which enables us to offer outstanding prices for high-quality products.

In many europeean countries, the licenceholders are trying to prohibit the sale of parts of our products. our product-range is made in Italy by using high-quality materials.
the save of the licence-fee is your advantage. further we try to restrict the selection of our leather and fabric range to the most popular designs. the results are lower costs in material organisation - another advantage for you !

3. What is covered by the money-back guarantee?
If, contrary to expectations, the article you ordered does not fit in your home, you can return it to us within three weeks without stating the reason. You will not be required to bear the costs of returning the article. When we pick upthe article we will refund the amount you have already paid. Please leave the unused furniture in the original packaging and notify us briefly within the period stated.

4. Can you send out catalogues or brochures featuring the Classicdesignoutlet furniture?
Since we would like to pass on the manufacturing prices ex works to our customers as directly as possible, we do not produce any printed materials. However, you can see the quality of our products in our virtual showroom in the photographs sent to us by customers better than in any glossy brochure.

5. Can you send me a sample of the leather before I buy?
We will gladly send you samples of our leather or fabric. Please tell us the article and colour you require by eMail

6. When do I have to pay for my order?
All orders must be paid for prior to leaving the factory. Payments by bank transfer or credit card must therefore reach Classicdesignoutlet approximately 7 days before the dispatch date. In case of an advanced payment, we can offer you an additional discout.

7. Where is my order?
Depending on the weight and size, the furniture ordered is sent via freight forwarding companies (DHL Freight, etc.) or parcel couriers (GLS, DHL, etc.). If you have ordered relatively large items of furniture, you will be contacted by the local delivery firm beforehand in order to agree a date and time for the delivery. As a general rule, the furniture will be with you five to ten days after leaving the factory in Italy. Should you wish to be kept informed of the whereabouts of your order during transit, we will gladly put you in contact with the respective company at any time.
